The Resort is very nice and comfortable. The rooms and bungalows are spacious and the private pools in the bungalows are awsome. The breakfast buffet was rather well stocked, but there was a lot of food for the vietnames people and not so much for our taste. Only the staff at the reception speak quite good englisch.

As the resort is situated right at the far end of Mui Ne Beach and in a cull de sac, there is not much going on nearby (no restaurants, shops etc.) There should be a hotel shuttle bus running into Mui Ne Village and back again regularly (two offered at present at 10 a.m. and at 2.p.m.) At the moment you have to take taxis all the time or rent a bike or motorcycle.

We were total 3 people stay here, and booked twin room with 1 extra bed. When I checked in this hotel, they upgraded my room to pool villa with ocean view, which was so surprising.....

the room was not clean enough and we found cockcroaches. The spa staff were not well trained, and not professional.........

This hotel is in a great location, with a private beach access and a clean private beach. The pool area and the restaurant provide beautiful sea views, which is a great spot to watch the sunset. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful - they even drove us to the bus station in an electric car!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The resort is very nice, lots of trees and shade from the hot sun. Junior Suite is very spacious, with private pool. Great views of the beach and the resort. highly recommended.

With the Junior Suite, We thought that there were 3 bedrooms with a lounge in the middle. There were 2 rooms above, and 1 rooms below (below the other 2 rooms), this was not mentioned, so here is info for you. there is a sitting area outside and that's about it. Also it is a bit of a climb to get to the Junior Suite as its at the top of the hill, a good work out if you are fit.

The staff were always polite and helpful despite very poor english skills...

The hotel is out of town and does not overlook mui ne beach as described in brochure. Everything costs extra and refreshments / spa facilites are exhorbitantly priced. The jacuzzi does not run on warm water and some parts of the pool are in desperate need of repair. 4 star price, 2 to 3 quality and 5 star costs for extras.

Located in a quiet area, it's easy to relax and unwind at this resort. When going out, the staff can help to arrange a taxi to the restaurant or to the center of the nearby town of Mui Ne. The restaurant on site offers both Vietnamese and Western cuisine, while breakfast is good with a variety of options. On top of that, the villas with private pools are spacious and luxurious.

Some guests have encountered difficulties with the Wi-Fi signal in the buildings.

The staff taht worked in the spa were very sweet and friendly. The main swimming pool area was relaxing with beautiful views. Having your own pool in the villa was fun.

The staff could not speak/understand English. The private villa that we had booked was actually not very private, with staff walking through frequently to do gardening etc. The locks on some of the villa doors were missing and we were itchy every time we got into our bed that had stained sheets. It was our honeymoon and we were very dissapointed.

We simply loved everything about Romana, except for how badly it is signaled. If you don't know where it is, it can take you a while to find it.

The hotel's staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information and making our stay comfortable. The location was great, as we had a beautiful view of both the beach and hills. The pool area was excellent, with a resort-like atmosphere, and we enjoyed the live music party during Christmas. The shuttle service provided to the city center and Mui Ne was convenient and useful.

Be disturb by the cleaning staff...

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the festive decorations were amazing. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the omelette station was a personal favorite. The location was close to the beach and a short taxi ride from some great restaurants.

The AC in the room wasn't working properly and it was uncomfortably warm at night. The staff was unresponsive to our complaints. The room was not well insulated and noise from neighboring rooms and outside kept us up at night. our stay was not very comfortable and we wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Background: stayed alone in their double bed room for two nights in December. + room: nice and clean; nice balcony and view of the sea; + service: people understand and speak English, helpful and friendly; + facilities and others: pools are very very nice, facing the sea and water is great; spa faces the sea also, didn't use it but looks nice; breakfast has a good selections of food, runs till 10 am

- A/c a bit loud; - location: far from the main road but also gives it the secluded serenity; don't take taxi take motorbike. taxi costs you like a bit more than 100,000 VND (5 usd) to the main road and motorbike costs, well, bargain hard, around 30,000 VND (1.5 usd) - wi-fi is on and off, had a lot of trouble using it and signal is not strong; - rooms are too close to each other; had this moment of embarrassingly staring at each other with the next door neighbor on our balconies (but soundproof is ok...)
